Armplast, a Composite Technologies Plant, offers equipment for producing composite bent elements that can enhance the strength, load distribution, and reduce weight in various structures such as strip foundations, foundation plates, floor slabs, piles, poles, etc. While concrete is strong in compression, its tensile performance is limited due to its relative fragility. The dielectric properties of fiberglass reinforcement make welding impossible, so individual straight bars must be knitted or finished elements used to form angles during reinforcement. The equipment can produce a wide range of composite materials in different shapes, including L-, U-, and "trapezoidal" elements, allowing for better distribution of tensile and deformation loads to create a solid and durable frame, enhancing the strength of reinforced concrete products. With Armplast's equipment, it is possible to manufacture U-shaped flexible connections in the form of a bar and small bends on both ends.
